The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. Noise Complaint. Seems to be a lot of drinking, drugs, and very loud.
In the storm that just came through, a street tree partially came down in the street R/W. It covers the tree plot and sidewalk. Not sure if it is out into the street as well. It is definitely blocking the sidewalk along the south side of Gentry Drive.
Dangerous Parking: There is a white Cooper car IN license plate HWC880 parked on the west side of Eastside Drive(right up to the intersection) blocking visibility to either pull out onto Maxwell or turn onto Eastside.
Parking Violation: White Cooper car IN license plate HWC880 is blocking visibility and turning safety. Parked right up to the intersection (again).
3956 N Feerwood CT has not mowed their side lawn that is a foot & a half high. It is a corner lot! Also it has a couch & nalot of junk on front porch.
Leaf blower at 7:15 P.M. Please contact Regency Multifamily and ask them to try to wrap up lawn services around 5 P.M.
