PUBLIC WORKS RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A CITIZEN WHO HAD FALLEN ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE IRISH LION. THERE IS A BRICK STEP/WALK UP AT THE ALLEYWAY ONTO THE SIDEWALK. TOM GOLDMAN LOOKED AT THE AREA AND CONFIRMED THIS. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS APPROVAL FOR THE IRISH LION FOR THEIR OUTDOOR DINING (SEE ATTACHED DRAWINGS & APPROVAL). Subscriber admits late payment of bill caused disconnection. Bill was paid, she requested reconnection to expanded basic service (was specified). Was only connected to basic service. Says CSR Jennifer Lane was rude, told her she'd have to pay for another visit to have expanded added, told her she was previously getting expanded w/out paying. Subscriber says she didn't realize this, it wasn't her fault, nonetheless she asked for expanded when she paid her bill.
