The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.

THE AREA BEHIND 3914 EMILIE CT (LOT 54-SHERBROOKE PLACE) & 3916 EMILIE CT (LOT53-SHERBROOKE PLACE) , THE GROUND SLOPES INTO THE ENCLOSED PORCHES IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSES. THESE PORCHES ARE TAKING ON TOO MUCH WATER. MR. JACOBS FEELS THAT THE PORCHES WERE SET ONE CINDER BLOCK TOO LOW.

PATRICK FIORE, OWNER, WENT TO PW DEPT LAST YEAR, ONE OF THE CONDITIONS FROM THE BOARD WAS THAT THEY COMPLY WITH CODE AND THE BOARD WANTED A COPY OF BLDG PERMIT. FIORE NEVER PURSUED THE MATTER AND DECK WAS BUILT.
