Duke replaced the pole in front of our house (1900 E, Hunter Ave.) last year by cutting the old pole in half and installing a new pole with their wires on the top of the new one. They left the old pole, which was falling over, tied to the new pole with ropes. Cable and telephone are still connected to the old pole. It is still falling over, and if the ropes break it may come down. Who do I contact to remedy this situation? Thanks, Glenn Gero

There is a Mazda Tribute, that has been parked across the street from my residence since I moved in on August 8th. The vehicle has not moved since I have been moved in, It has flat tires, and looks to be broken. I would like the vehicle to be moved off of the street, as it makes backing out difficult. The vehicle is parked across the street from 1306 W 6th st, Bloomington, IN.

Wanting to make you aware of an incident involving my daughter, yesterday afternoon. We live a fair distance away, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She was contacted by a company representative of the Xlibris Self Publishing Company. The phone number that called her was 317-489-3887. (http://www.xlibris.com/) I googled this number as I was immediately suspicious and found they are not operating entirely above board. Soliciting business from minors without parental authorization, discussing trips to Europe and Asia, photo shoots for book covers....tends to ring in all shades of child luring. Discussing money and payment matters with children. I have called them and requested they remove my daughters number from their records (I was informed they didn't have it, however I do not believe them). I also informed them that if she receives any additional calls from their organization, I would be contacting the police in their city. I've decided to do this anyway because a little research on the internet indicates to me this is a regular occurrence. Very concerning. I have not determined yet how my daughter's phone number was provided to them, though my assumption is that it was through purely an innocent act of a child who knew no better.....even though she's well educated on the pitfalls of the internet. Perhaps the excitement of the possibilities overruled her common sense. Regardless, I felt it necessary to report it to someone in the area. Not much I can do from 12 hours away. I am sick and tired of my x wife and criminal family and friends harassing me . they are gang member`s drug dealers and sex criminals . I am surrendering any thing to them . there cannot be a court judgeing without taking us both in front of a judge . carol and her girl . where convicted of molesting our children . I have legal custody of the children , I wish they not be around carol and her criminal friends . especially corrupt law officers , who put gang`s and illegal activities .

We live at the Wheelers Mission for women in Bloomington. We have to take our clothes to another place to wash them. Wheelers mission has washing machines. If we go to the bathroom to go use it we get in trouble. We get sick clasp the worker stands and watches. The people that are down stairs have to stay in their bed when the people up stairs come down stairs watch T.V. The workers have residents cook clean instead of out working or looking for a place to live after they have a job.
