On September 20, 2022, I was riding my bicycle on the 10th street trail near the eastside Post Office. I saw a man on a scooter coming toward me, in the middle of the trail, riding very fast. I maneuvered to avoid him and crashed my bike, rolling onto the pavement and grass. I was hoping my hurt ankle was only a sprain, but I could not walk on it. The next day, I went to a walk-in orthopedic clinic and learned my foot was broken in 4 places. I am still recovering. Please include this instance in any records the City keeps about scooters. Although a ban on scooters is unlikely, some limits on speed and place may help reduce incidences like mine. Thank you.

We live in Gentry Estates (1037 S Graywell) and have had Comcast internet for 8 years. Recently our internet went up from $60 to $90, after we received an email that they are raising their prices. This is not related to any discounts/offers we had expiring. This is an incredible price jump. And it seems particularly troublesome given the recent installment of fiber optics in our neighborhood. We assumed there would be some price competition, not increase in prices. I think you should be aware of this. We do not know the price of the new fiber optic service yet - but we wonder if their installation cut so many cable/internet lines that it raised the cost of Comcast in our area, for example.

Women’s city restroom next to IT and vending has little to no ventilation, smells strongly of sewer, is missing bolts on a some bathroom stall door locks, and the area to change/nurse/pump is only shielded by a curtain that you walk right into when you open the swinging main door to the restroom. behind 2622 s bryan there is a personal ladder leaning up against the telephone pole and an orange extension. Someone is doing something they shouldn't be. To access the pole you'd take the alley/easement from watson street. You'll see a white fence and that's the pole being tampered with.

The sun is out of compliance with the city ordinances. I reported it a year ago and then an early summer. You told me they were appealing and I haven't heard anything back. It's an obnoxious monstrosity coming into the gateway of Bloomington and if you can't enforce the rules for a big sign, why are you enforcing them on little businesses? What's going on here!
