the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. A homeless man seems to be setting up camp in this park. Aren’t some of my tax dollars going to help house the homeless? I am at this park every day and will not be happy if it turns into another park full of homeless people. No problem if they are just passing through like the rest of us, but I don’t want them living here.
