Women’s city restroom next to IT and vending has little to no ventilation, smells strongly of sewer, is missing bolts on a some bathroom stall door locks, and the area to change/nurse/pump is only shielded by a curtain that you walk right into when you open the swinging main door to the restroom. Please fix

Our new neighbors at 1607 S Nancy are burning what smells like paper trash in their fire pit in their back yard. They've done this several times, creating a nuisance. We have not spoken to them as we hate to make their acquaintance with a complaint. Can the city inform them that this is illegal? Thanks.
I found one of the mailbox banks (mailbox E) at the Adams Village Apartments was found with the panel doors completely open. I cannot tell if the Post Office person failed to shut the doors or if someone broke into the mailboxes. There is mail for several residences exposed currently.
