John applied for service on 9/29/00 is was approved that same day. He was told he could not tap in transmission main a seperate line was put in. John says he had to make several trips into the offcie and many phone calls before anything was done. He feels like he wasn't treated fairly and was kept informed about what was going on. The set up was put in 1/16/01 and the meter was set 3/22/01. He feels like it took to long to get everything taken care of.

Their billing difficulities are still unresolved. During a recent telephone conversation, they asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 10 minutes before a supervisor was available.
Ms. Harris called our office on 1/26 complaining that her children were almost hit by a bus (bus #4, driver Glenn).
