Two vehicles have been abandoned for 2+ months. One is a Red/Burgundy Chrysler MiniVan and the other is Silver Saturn Outlook. Both no plates and have sat in the same spot for months. Parking is limited as it is but with abandoned vehicles constantly being left on the street its not fair to others, especially residents who live here and actually use their vehicles daily. Vehicles are located outside 1417-1413 West Illinois Court Bloomington Indiana 47404.

She is concerned that since parking is allowed on one side, the other lane is not large enough to provide access to emergency vehicles, especially with the new Habitat for Humanity neighborhood nearby. Thinks parking ought to be eliminated on Diamond St.

CBU WORKERS AT 14TH AND INDIANA HAD HER STOPPED FOR 5 MINUTES FOR NO REASON AND CARS LINED UP BEHIND HER STARTED HONKING. SHE FELT PERSON FLAGGING WAS BEING UNREASONABLE. HER DESCRIPTION OF WORKER WAS THAT HE WAS WEARING A HAT, 35 - 40 YRS OLD WITH A TAN AND SCRUFFY LOOKING, WHICH FITS DESCRIPTION OF ANY NO. OF WORKERS.
