Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.
The Fire Department called to report that they had received a call form Mr. Van Hook stating that there is a large propane container sitting out side of lot 171 and propane containers are not permited in this trailer park.
At the time of notification of this complaint, I did not have time to find out the Bloomington service address in order to be placed on the next TCC Agenda.
The fire department called to let us know that Andrew Hardy (331-1386) called them re: his landlord not fixing his sockets, he did not give the fire dept. his address. I tried to reach Mr. Hardy by phone on 11/10/2004 and left a voicemail asking him to call the HAND dept.
Raphile left a meesage on voice mail Thursday November 11, 2004 asking someone to call him back re: not enough parking for the apartment building he lives in at 515 E. 10th St. He would like for someone to call him back. He stated that due to the lack of parking he has gotten parking tickets, and Olympus is allowing Yogi bar and grill employees to parking in the lot as well.
Mr. Test is upset with Insight because they have not buried his cable drop. He has called repeatedly and nothing has been done.
