Mr. Montgomery phoned to complain about 135 E. Sunny Slopes Dr....he lives @ 165 E. Sunny Slopes Dr...he said the fence row that is along 135 and the neighbor's house has about 50 trash bags full of trash lined along it and have been there for quite some time now.

Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around.
