Customer is forced to get an analog box to receive cable services; not only is Insight forcing her to rent the box, but Insight has made it very difficult to arrange for the box to be installed. An arrival time for a tech cannot be guaranteed; cust. waited from 8-12 and was then told she had the wrong date. WANTS SEWER LATERAL LOCATED WHILE SNAKE IS IN
The alley next to my house and the ally next to my back fence are both over grown with trees and bushes on PUBLIC PROPERTY. Both alleys have power lines running through the trees and bushes. Last summer, Duke Energy said over the phone that they would cut back and clear out the area. After a few months, thy called back and said they would not cut back the area. I would like to have Duke Energy take care of this. Because of the power lines, they are the only ones who CAN clear it. Thank you for any help you can be. Chris Alford.
People are living year-round in an RV parked on an unimproved surface at 220 S. Maple Street. They have been there for about 18 months. I previously reported them to H.AN.D. and the city's legal department. There are also 3-5 other cars parked in the small property lot at all times. The man is apparently fixing cars for others. Various articles and garbage bags are often strewn about. Their has been many domestic violence and nuisance reports to the police and fire department during this time.
