Omega Properties built fire escape on building (at 102 N. College) allowing access to roof and making his apartment (at 107 N. College) no longer private. People can walk into his apartment if window is open.
Street dept. reports someone has dumped a large pile of limbs in this block.
Owner has a wood burning stove in the garage. He is burning "something" that has a very bad odor drifting through the neighborhood.
There is no house at this address just a garage. The yard has mounds of dirt and landscaping. Possibly a business. Plannig can't find out anything about it. Please let Lynn know if you can find out anything.
