Location of your Problem: 2112 Montclair Avenue Details: I'd like to make you aware of house at 2112 Montclair Avenue, which is on the corner of Montclair Court. The house is on a corner lot and the lot is filled with debris of various kinds, among them two pallets of yard rocks that have been spilling out onto the street for years, as well as discarded garden netting, piles of tree branches, tarps, an unmowed dirt mound, and so on. I live in Sycamore Knolls near the property and pass by the property and Montclair Court every day, and not only my family but also several of my neighbors talk about it as an unfortunate eyesore that, frankly, doesn't reflect the care that the rest of the neighborhood is trying to maintain. Can something be done, particularly about all of the debris that is on the side of their house open to Montclair Court? My hope is that some reasonable and diplomatic way to resolve this situation can be found, or at least that the owners can clear some of the debris from their property. Thank you.

Elliston Drive, multiple visitors to this property at all hours of the day, individuals waiting in cars outside regularly who do not live there. Please keep anonymous, but want to encourage late night police presence or periodic visits to ensure neighborhood safety.

Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? A woman named Susan Park called on 10/20/11 to ask how much longer the Lauren Spierer posters would be up around town. She said she is "tired of living in Spiererville" and many of her friends feel the same way. She said it has been five months since Lauren's disappearance and she doesn't "see the point" of keeping the posters up...especially since Christmas is coming.
