The grass in the front yard of this property has been cut once this summer and the back yard has never been cut. Dick has called HAND (Carol Jack) many times and has only received 1 returned phone call. He was told that Carol would put a hang tag on the door of this property- it never happened. He called 9/12/97 and was told that the tag would be placed on the door ASAP. According to him, this is not satisfactory behavior from Dept. HE WANTS A RESPNSE FROM MAYOR OR HIS ADMINISTRATION.

Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my employer Hanapin Marketing. We currently reside in the Showers complex at 501 N. Morton Street, and our employees share the Showers Red Parking Lot with County employees. Over the last 6 months, we have all noticed a rise in crime in the parking lot, particularly with theft. I've attached several police reports that have been filed in the last few months to support these claims. These are the incidents that were reported to the police, however, there have been others as well that were never filed. For example, in early January one of our employees had his door handle ripped off his car entirely. We are hoping that the city will notice this trend and assist us in our request to advocate for higher security and/or additional patrols in that area to deter thefts. On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.
