These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. I am visiting my son who recently moved to your city for work. You have a beautiful city that is very clean. The people I have met have been friendly. My one issue was we were 10 to 15 minutes overdue on a parking spot we had already paid money to be at for over an hour. My son received a $20 bill on a Saturday afternoon. Ridiculous in my opinion. Other than that I love your city.
