A tree in the city easement area behind my parents house at 1009 S. Grant fell down and broke their fence and is now in their yard. I have been unable to find the rules applying to this sort of issue and would greatly appreciate any help for them. Thank you

Hello,
I am an associate instructor of fine arts at IU and I am looking to do some temporary artwork (1-2 hours) near city buildings. I’m wondering who I should speak with to see if I can make this happen.
I have images and a thorough outline of what I would like to do, which I will gladly send over upon request.
I can be reached at the given email or at my number – 8023180122
Thank you for your time, and all that you do.

Hello,
I have no report, but rather a question regarding the big black metal fencing that surrounds the 3rd st. and Morton overpass along the Convention Center. Can someone tell me what company this fencing came from, and, did a local business install it?
It is really nice, and I would like to use these same businesses, if I could. Thanks!

I love the poster of "Charlie doesn't fly through stop signs" that I saw on the bus this morning. Except that the bicyclist isn't wearing a helmet! This is not an example of safe, civil streets!

I wanted to pay my compliments to Mike Stinson, a supervisor in Street Utilities. I had asked Mike about a concern I had with a location in the city, and Mike took the time out of his day to personally come out and thoroughly inspect the site, both in his vehicle and on foot. Beyond this, he called me back and patiently and thoroughly explained the processes and specific codes involving my concern, and then went on to tell me how he could help. It was finished in less than 24 hours. Mike went far above and beyond the requirements of his job to help me out as a concerned citizen, and I want to make sure he is properly thanked and recognized for his work with the City. He makes me proud to be a Bloomington Resident. Again, please let him know what an excellent job he has done in not only helping me individually, but helping us all stay safer. Thanks again for your great work, Mike!

I'm sorry the location got messed up on my submission about the rutt in the alley. It is between 1st and University off of Hawthorne, behind 1115 E. 1st St. Once again, a deep rutt in front of my parking space behind my house. Thanks.
