I am hearing a loud low frequency (36Hz) noise coming from summit elementary school utility units (it seems to only kickes in during a very cold day). I get a migrane from this noise and there is noway to escape it exept to leave our house. I belive it constitutes "unreasonable noise" as decribed in the city code 14.09. Please help!

I sent this email to Mr. VanDeventer approximately four months ago and have heard nothing--no response whatsoever. Can you please help this tax payer get a street sign replaced that's been missing for almost two years. Also, there is a flickering street light on the east end of the Cheyanne Lane cul-de-sac that is off more than it is on. Mr. VanDeventer, Approximately four months ago I called the City street department to report a missing street sign. I can understand why replacing street signs is not a high priority for your department, but the sign has been gone for over a year plus the four months since I reported it. According to scanned PRC, it documents an unfinished 1540ft^2 basement. This basement is completely finished with the exception of a small utility room. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom, two living/family rooms, and two bedrooms. Please send field assessor to make these adjustments. The home owner is a Monroe County Government employee and this discrepancy has been reported at least once before now.
When it rains, there is no drainage at this spot. All along the north side of 2nd from College to Rogers there are multiple areas of flooding on the street through this corridor.
