Heather Marie Zuhl of 216 N. Lincoln St. illegally dumped her trash into the dumpster of 208 N. Lincoln, we have examples of the trash dumped
property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
Jo Strong in H.A.N.D. wanted to know if the dumpster at 406 E 11th would require a surround. I checked the POLK directories this complex has been there since the early 1970's
I am a resident of the south Jordan neighborhood. There appears to be a major fence being added to the property located at 516 S. Jordan. Are there regulations regarding fences? From the looks of the initial layout, it appears that it could be in violation of setback and possibly other zoning ordinances. It might be worthwhile to keep an eye on the scope of this project. This property recently changed ownership and the new owner may not be aware of local regulations.
Stones from a wall have fallen into the yard.
cans still at curb despite Monday pickup
trash truck parked in front of house, shouldn't be there, blocking access to driveway, she has "lifeline", can't get in or out
"The south side of backyard is overgrown and makes driving difficult. There is also a fence that is falling over and I am afraid the dog living there can get out and hurt someone passing. I notified HAND overa month ago."
Mr. Heimer stated that during a recent severe weather alert , the scrawl across the screen left off the counties included in the alert. The alert was for counties in Northern Indiana. However, the counties should be listed no matter the location. Mr. Heimer contacted Channel 13 News Station in Indianapolis for further information and could not talk to a live person at the station. He feels that interactive system between News Stations and Insight to inform the public.
