Once again Street Department is repaving roads with barely any milling work done, this time on South Washington. Milling down 1' strips less than .5" at the curb and not milling at all in the middle of the road. The "repaving" here is just piling up over an inch of fresh asphalt on top of un-milled asphalt. This raises the grade of the road, which also means curbs are now effectively lower and storm drains that should be at grade are now sitting in a pit of asphalt.

Please keep this anonymous. My Parents are my landlord and my Mom almost died from sepsis UTI can’t handle stress. These occupants have had sharp broken glass in common area for over 6 months.
