Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.
HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.
Owner of house called to say students left trash from Monday and it was really smelly. sent man out and got the trash.

Residents at 313 W. 13th are using the street to store their belongings. Skids, Lumber, Hammock, Furniture, etc.
The issues with this property is that they have barking dogs whenever someone is approaching the property line and that they have debris and trash on their property that needs to be cleaned up. Thanks
