We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. I need to report a tenant who is living at a storage facility by renting out an office space and is also using it for vehicle storage with multiple trucks being stored out in the driveways. This is causing a concern and an issue. This has been informed to the landlord and still continues.

Limb fell in backyard and brought down a utility wire that is now hanging close to the alley. Not an electrical line - looks like communication. Not sure if this is a City issue or not, but the landlord (Parker Rentals) doesn't keep up properties, so it will just hang there until someone trips over it in the dark.

The tenants of 501 E 7th St and 310 N Dunn St have had daily parties, morning and evening, for several weeks now that involve twenty+ people and loud music audible inside other apartments. Several noise complaints have been made with police each time it occurs, yet police have never actually showed up and the parties continue. They are in violation of Bloomington’s noise ordinance each time, but seemingly the police department refuses to enforce it.
