"As someone who enjoys walking and bicycling, I would very much like to see consideration of more bike paths and sidewalks to enchance the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. I live at 815 N Park Ave, Bloomington IN 47408, and recently the Trains that pass through at night have been blaring their horns unabashedly. Is there a way that we can request the train operators to refrain from using the horns late at night? This is only a recent issue, but it has woken me up 3 times in the past four nights between the hours of 11:30pm and 3am. Thank you, Evan Dalton
