9th Street Park: Says there is dog poop all over the park - she is tired of cleaning it off her kids shoes. So upset over this, she has talked to dog owners who don't pick up - showed them the disposal areas, etc. Was told today "it is better I let him poop here rather than in someone's yard." Betsy called to complain that the Community Kitchen and Shelter across from her and her husband Robert's residence, should not be in a residential area. Police are called REGULARLY for drunkeness and verbal and physical violent behavior. Loitering in and around their property is also a problem. She has spoken with the president of the board (didn't indicate which one) and also directors of both places, but nothing changes.

RE: 3rd St Park. Construction crew used one of the benches from 3rd St Park and it is now sitting in mud and water on the SE corner of Municipal Building. Caller wants the bench cleaned up and back at 3rd St rather than rotting away.
