Mrs. Chase wanted to make the Council aware of the rate increase she received from Insight. Mrs Chase stated that Insight did not supply "any better programs" with the rate increase. Mrs. Chase would like to know "what citizens can do about it."

There are a few grass-cutting services in town that use loud, industrial, gasoline-powered equipment that is designed and intended for use on large fields/cemeteries/etc., but they are instead being used on small, residential plots up close to neighboring properties whose residents do not appreciate the noise, hazards, and pollution produced by these dangerous machines. Are there any City regulations about the use of such equipment in the city limits? For example, the property immediately adjacent to the Grant Street Inn on 7th Street uses such a service. The large equipment is startingly disruptive and annoying.
Is there any talks among city staff about this block on 4th street? Sidewalk on the south side has many spots of being un level due to tree roots while also missing bricks. The road really needs to be paved and have parking line painted in road so cars aren’t double parking at meters. Curbs need to be painted. Do I need to continue? Ms. Innman came in and filed a complaint for a rotten tree at the above address. She spoke to an inspector - inspector stated that the tree is @ Stad. View 6 & her drive-way. The owner's of the property told Ms. Innman they would trim her side but they haven't done anything & she is afraid it will fall on her side. It has been over 1 year.
