Good morning – I am currently conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the Herald Times located at 1900 S Walnut Street in Bloomington. This is done to identify evidence of any recognized environmental conditions that may have an adverse environmental impact upon the property. Tetra Tech is requesting any records that you may have concerning the Herald Times. Any assistance from your office would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! you can reach me at vicky.farmer@tetratech.com
There are some compost bins set up by the mailboxes for several of the houses - they are actually closer to the home at 2516 S Bryan St than 2510 S Bryan, but they were erected by the homeowners of 2510. There is a general terrible odor coming from them, and it seems like perhaps some waste that isn't appropriate for compost bins may be the cause. (Possibly meat, chicken waste, other fecal matter?) We have also noticed an increase of insects and bugs in mailboxes and in surrounding homes.

Citizen says that Recycling truck goes over her driveway and keeps breaking concrete. Understands they have a hard time turning around because its a cul-de-sac but had to pay $250 to fix it last year, and it almost needs it again. She MAY file a claim with Risk depending on our action. KEN: I need you to look at this and see if its possible to avoid going over the driveway, or if its possible to use another piece of equipment that could make the turn more easily (split packer?).
Tree broke and is now suspended upside down in another dead tree next to creek in Spicewood. Hazard to local kids who play in the area.
My neighborhood is undergoing fiber installation. On 9/6 and 9/7, my yard housed a large tractor. Now that the install in complete, I am left with a yard that is partially destroyed by the utility contractor. The grass is gone, the yard is no longer level, there are multiple drill holes large, and there is a lengthy bulge from the cable plow. Rather than leave my lawn in the same condition, the contractor laid hay and grass seed. This will not create a lawn being that it's fall and won't take, and it will not level my lawn. I've tried to communicate with the workers but they do not understand me, as they are not English speakers. Who can I communicate my issues with?
