WANTS TO KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE TO PREVENT SEWER BACKUPS WHEN WE HAVE HEAVY RAINS.
SEWER BACKUP
For the past few weeks there have been dogs roaming free in this area. I have nearly hit them in the street a couple times and one actually did get hit by a car a few days ago. I think they belong to the big red house in this block. They don't appear to follow and leash or restraint requirements. I am concerned for the animal's continued safety.
There are homeless people living in sheds behind this house. They have numerous dogs and one of them attacked a man in the backyard a couple of days ago. These dogs are always off-leash and also come into other neighbors' yards agressively. We need the city to deal with this situation
There are people at this location repeatedly burning things in the backyard that create toxic fumes in the neighborhood. The fire department has been called numeroud times to put out the fires, sometimes twice in the same day. Recently, it smelled like they were burning human excrement.
There cops spend an inordinate amount of time responding to calls at this house because of the illegal activity happening there, including a SWAT raid relatively recently. Despite that, people are still living in sheds behind the house, burining dangerous fires, fighting at all hours of the day and night, and have 3 dogs that are off-leash and are agressive to everyone in the neighborhood. This whole neighborhood desperatley needs the city to effectively deal with this situation
Ruth has a caregiver for day but not night. She is afraid at night because of the increased amount of transients she sees. There is an increase in the number of tents, they are above the BLine. Can someone contact her to let he know someone is looking into this.
Cars always parked alongside the bus stop where the wheelchair ramp is bus turning off of West 15th can often not see people over SUVs and trucks parked along there I believe the city ordinances no parking but cars continue to park there because there is no sign or curb painted with enough room for the bus to pull over to the right almost missed the bus to work because people am small and cars were blocking as usual and people feel unsafe walking between cars to run out into the road and wave down the bus. A person in a wheelchair can certainly not be seen and would have difficulty Wheeling out into the street to the bus because there is not room for the bus to pull over and lower the lift on to the ramp attaching the road to the sidewalk have people called City police for towing multiple times police drive close by look over and then drive away doing nothing
WANTS GRAVEL IN DRIVE WHERE CBU WORKED
