I have all the banking information and I tried calling the bank to stop the funds from being released but was unable to get any assistance from them. I live at 2327 S Terra Ct, and I would like to report trash in my neighbors yard (2333 S Terra Ct). I have reported this before, but it has again become an issue. I have to constantly pick up their trash from my yard, to keep my yard from looking like a dump. It is not likely drive by trash as I live in a cul-de-sac inside another cul-de-sac; and the trash is not only in their front yard, but their back yard as well. I am pregnant, and I feel I should not have to live in these conditions, or pick up large amounts of others trash constantly as I am not their janitor. I do not put trash in my yard, only the proper receptacles, and these receptacles are only outside with trash when it is being picked up for trash/recycling day. I have no interest in attracting rodents or other creatures that do not belong near my house. Please see the attached photo of my neighbors trash, that I have collected from just my own yard, from the past month and a half.

Last Thurs., Mr. Baus was driving W. on Bloomfield Rd. & was stuck in traffic, which had backed up from Adams to Twin Lakes baseball field. He said that two uniformed men had stopped the traffic flow to let cars in & out of the baseball field. He initially called the Police Dept. to find out who the men were & was told that they were from Parks & Rec. However, P&R said that they were not & directed him to Julio. Mr. Baus is frustrated with the run-around he says he received.

Connie reported to BPD a break in to her residence on 9/5/97 @ 7am. At the time, nothing appeared to be missing, only indication was that window was left open. Connie later found out that blank checks were stolen & someone was forging her name. She reported stolen checks to Bank One also. She is "very upset" that BPD was not responsive to her - 2 days w/ no rtn. call, police not following up & "blowing her off" b/c case not as important as others. Pls. refer to Case #977168.
