Likely squatter at 710 W Country Club Dr (house is down the drive at end of property). House has looked abandoned for months. Trash is everywhere, and a suspicious person left on a bike wearing a yellow jacket with hood over head concealing themselves in nearly 80 degree sunny weather. Person came out of house and threw trash everywhere. Left on bike headed East on Country Club.

There is an encampment that is not continuously used. It was occupied in the spring of 2024 before the removal of the encampments and the bush hogging of the vegetation to increase sight lines along the B line. Then it became active again during the winter, but now it looks unoccupied again. It seems to be active on and off because the debris and the structure that forms a shelter still remains. Can the encampment be removed to prevent future occupancy of this area?

The lesser celandine (an invasive plant species) is almost in full bloom along the southern end of the Bloomington B Line Trail. It extends the width of about 3 lots along the trail. I thought it would be good to report since it's spreading quite rapidly. It used to only be around the wooden stairs that the neighbor installed on Bloomington Parks property (see photo). Also there is Japanese Knotweed in the area that is currently a small patch, but can spread quickly. The knotweed has not yet emerged from the ground.

There are some compost bins set up by the mailboxes for several of the houses - they are actually closer to the home at 2516 S Bryan St than 2510 S Bryan, but they were erected by the homeowners of 2510. There is a general terrible odor coming from them, and it seems like perhaps some waste that isn't appropriate for compost bins may be the cause. (Possibly meat, chicken waste, other fecal matter?) We have also noticed an increase of insects and bugs in mailboxes and in surrounding homes.

There is an encampment forming along the B-Line near the small dog park. Where the trail splits into 2, it is to the west of the trails. They are erecting structures. Please do not let another camp form here. It is right next to the trail and these inevitably lead to conflicts with park/trail goers.
Also can we please consider adding a uReport category, probably under Hazards or Sanitation, for reporting encampments directly? For one of the largest issues facing our city is seems odd that there is no way to directly report them. Not trying to persecute anyone but we need a way to report and track these. Thank you.

I like to keep my privacy fence clear and clean on both sides and currently I cannot do so because of envading branches and other overgrowth from my neighbors yard onto my yard (2412). Not sure who to contact about this as she is not approachable

Following up on case #189419. The truck is still there and has been for over a year. There has been no work on the property in over 2 weeks, power has been disconnected, and the backyard is filled with trees from the recent storm. Is it possible at all to have the eye-searingly yellow truck with the phallic graffiti removed?

For multiple months there has been an eye-searingly bright yellow box truck with phallic graffiti parked at this address. Are commercial vehicles allowed to park for extended periods of time in residential neighborhoods?
