sewer pipe has pvc pipe drilled right thru it. First thought it was comcast, they investigated and found Hoosier Fiber networks laid the PVC. My sewer line keeps backing up and the camera exposed the issue. I need assistance getting this resolved!
At southeast corner of Hawthorne and Hunter there is poison ivy encroaching into the street. There are also vines including poison ivy encroaching on the sidewalk on Hawthorne.
Sidewalk has not been properly backfilled, creating a fall hazard at edge of sidewalk, there are multiple instances of this same condition along this new construction area.
I believe the city's fiber company (Gigabit Now) has a covered hole near the fire hydrant at the end of our driveway. The green cover to this hole sits probably higher than some people think and the person that mows most of the lawns in our neighborhood must have ran over it and it broke into several pieces. It appeared to be low enough for that not to happen but it must have been higher than he thought. Now there is a decent sized hole with no cover as the other cover is irreparable. If it can be replaced for safety reasons we will be sure to let the lawn guy know to watch out for it. Thank you for your attention in this matter!
Overgrown bush at end of driveway blocks view of driver to east bound traffic.
Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Who is responsible for maintaining (or removing) vandalized Ameritech utility boxes? This is one example, but they litter the landscape all over the city.
Made a left onto Lincoln from 4th toward Kirkwood 3-13-25 , probably about 12:15. Yellow paint spill from 4th to Kirkwood. Didn’t think a Lot about it. Thought it was dried. Looked like paint for lining the roads. Stopped at the grocery. Raised yellow paint on my tires, wheel wells and some on the bottom of the car.
Spectrum dug a large hole in the yard that hasn't been filled. Afraid that someone will fall in the hole. Tried to contact Spectrum with no response.
For the last several weeks this hold in the ground has been open, with an abandoned shovel and hazard tape surrounding it. I don't think this is the responsibility of the homeowner, because this was left this way by the work crew that was installing fiber optic cable. It is on the block just south of the intersection with Atwater.
