Subject: take some pride in your community

Dear Acadia Court Management and Staff,
The entrance to our community has been littered with garbage and human waste filled diapers for over a week. Is this the impression you want to make to prospective residents? What does this say to your current residents, "NOT MY PROBLEM?" Unless you have taken a helicopter to work this past week, you have certainly seen this DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY MESS and yet not one of you have taken the initiative to do something about it. Take some pride in your community and show the current and prospective residents the respect they deserve and CLEAN THIS UP!!! I mean, REALLY?!!!
"Respectfully" yours,
C. Brett Smith

Cars parked in the road, junk cars and junk falling into the road. People sleeping in cars. People dragging trash from all over town to this house and the one at the end of the road on North st.
The trailer at the end of the road has taken up the round about that was once there and a little road to the left that was once there. Homeless and such walking through 656 North st yard between JB Salvage and wake up property that sits behind JB Salvage. People living back they're dragging trash back there. They have been asked to stop but they continue to do it. I have had several Nails in my tires because of them dragging junk up and down the road. We have called the city, parking enforcement, HAND, Fire chief because it has become a fire hazard. Something really needs to be done with these two properties. I'm pretty sure they are dealing drugs over there also. Once you leave Fountain Street and turn on Gray Street it's like you're in a whole new dimension I cannot believe the trash that's back here. That trash can there is fine. It's across the street where we have issues. They block the road with their traffic. There r so many issues!!!

Very large pile of brush in back yard; NE corner. Appears to be harboring pests.

723 S. Ravencrest Avenue.
I reported this under ticket #179298. Apparently the address field didn't transfer. Sorry about that.
Very large pile of brush in back yard; NE corner. It may appear to be in another yard, because the fence is well inside the lot lines. The brush/debris appears to be harboring pests. A neighborhood cat prowls around it often

Residents of 200 s Madison apartment complexes do not clean up after their dogs and there are piles of waste in the courtyard. It has been tracked across the sidewalks by the common areas. Management has been contacted but nothing has been done

I believe the address is 3425 E Third street, the brick house. This house has all kind of commercial and industrial appliances in the back yard of the house. Can you let the homeowner know a back yard neighborhood is not the place to store commercial appliances like refrigerators etc. Thank you.

This is a request for advice- not notifying of an issue. The home we purchased has a lot of overgrowth: trees, bushes, some poison ivy, and invasive plant species like some of the honeysuckles. We have already started removing some and have a very large pile (when we are finished, it will probably fill a large roll-off dumpster). What does the city typically do when they are clearing brush? Do you chip it or does that just spread the problem items further? Or do you know of any companies that might pick up for a price? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
