1521 Maxwell with the enormous dead tree
Our neighbor has been dumping motor oil in our yard for years. We haven't repoted it in fear of reprizals, but he is poising our trees. To truly "catch him" for remediation costs for example, do we need an actual photo of him doing it? He is the only one doing mechanic work (LOTS!) on our street, and we live right next to him. I am afraid for our health.
Our yard waste was not picked up today, but our neighbor's was. It has the proper sticker on it and was at the curb overnight.
Bundled and tagged yard waste not being picked up for several weeks at my rental property.
There is a pile of feces next to the bus stop in front of my apartment building. Apartment building: 1715 N College Ave, bus stop for city bus line #1 (next to Steak n Shake on College Ave). The pile has been there for a week next to the bus stop covering on the sidewalk.

Hello, there is a large dead tree down in the residential neighborhood of Woolery Woods (picture attached). The property is located at the intersection of Countryside Lane and Star View Lane. The tree fell during a storm earlier this spring. The downed tree is located on a green space property that is owned and maintained by the developer, Arthur Management. There is no building structure on the property, but it is adjacent to multiple homes. I believe Municipal Code 6.06.020 (Deposit of Garbage) requires the property owner to dispose of the dead tree and the associated yard waste. Neighbors in our Neighborhood Association have attempted to contact Mr. Arthur, but he has been unresponsive to our requests. Thank you for any assistance the city may provide with helping to improve the aesthetics of our neighborhood.
Why do we put our yard waste in separate containers. thinking it will be composted, when this morning we saw with our own eyes that it was just emptied in the same truck where the trash was dumped into?
Brush piles and debris need to be cleaned up along east edge of city parking lot at S. Woodlawn and Southdowns, directly across from Bryan Park Pool. Some additional trimming may also be required.
