Unsafe curb damage, north edge of Kirkwood between College and Walnut, dead center, opposite the south steps to the Courthouse. This is a trip/stumble hazard, which I know because I fell on my face there at about 4:15pm on 5/1/25. There is other curb damage along the same edge, and I believe the cutout around the lamp post is also a hazard. If anything still hurts in the morning, I will get medical attention. I don't have an actual issue. I witnessed this vehicle driving over the curb and into this flower bed on the evening of 6/2/25 (~5:38 pm). They left the scene soon after. I just wanted to share my knowledge with the city in case they are looking for the person responsible for damaging the flower bed.

Along 46 Bypass in the eastbound lane before you reach the intersection of 46 and 17th Street, there is a pothole in the asphalt walkway that runs along 46 Bypass. This may belong to the State Highway. Thanks Jill.

A city tree that was removed by the city – it is located on.It has been like this for a long time – many, many months. It could be a hazard. Can you look into when the city plans to remove the stump and cover the area with brick?

Planter in the bottom left corner of the photo contains standing water and is not draining properly. Needs to be emptied and unplugged so that water can drain from the planter.

This has been ongoing for awhile and it's only getting worse and bricks loosen up and gravel is scattered. It's now less than 36" meaning that it doesn't pass ADA standards to be wide enough. It needs to be fixed before somebody falls and sues the City!

Water struggles to get around e Morningside and n Sheffield without pooling. Any chance curb can be built up a bit there or the cement can be shaved a bit to let the water keep flowing by? Thanks!

Street tree that's in the City right-of-way has many low hanging branches that are making travel on the sidewalk and street hazardous. Request that a Street crew please take a look at this tree and trim as necessary. Thank you.
