Resident has vehicles and an RV blocking the sidewalk. The car is on blocks with flat tires and has been sitting on the sidewalk for over a year. Raised valve cover in sidewalk creating trip hazard.

Following up on Case 188180. This report shows that it has been closed, but the valve cover has never been lowered to sit flush with the surrounding sidewalk. This creates a trip hazard and violated City ordinances related to ADA compliance and sidewalk maintenance.

9:10pm and there is no way to see gray curbs sticking out into the road until your almost in top of them. Please paint them yellow.
