The roadway has been built up quite a bit in front of our house at 2006 S Sussex, resulting in a significant dip between the street and our driveway. This is causing the bottom of the cars to scrape when entering and exiting. Surrounding houses have had blacktop poured into this area to level out the connection. Could we have that done too please?

It has been 11 weeks since Millstone tore out my driveway and the sidwalk. It is still an awful mess. 3 weeks ago I got a notice from them that they would be replacing my driveway “this week”. It is still a terrible, muddy mess that struggle to drive through. No progress on the driveways anywhere in 6 days. FFS WHEN is this going to be completed? I want my damned driveway back. It’s almost September.

This is a problem on High St, not Locust Ct. New signs were installed on the west side of High Street warning that there is a crosswalk coming up at Greenbriar and High. But the signs are obscured by vegetation so that they are not visible to drivers going south on High St.

Need new bold white block crosswalk markings painted on street. This is a bus stop, near a park with lots of children. Cars rarely come to a complete stop and often run this stop sign. I requested this earlier this year and it was never completed.

This is being resubmitted because the HOA Board of Directors has noted the issue has not been resolved, as reported via email (screenshot attached). Hazardous sidewalk in front of 2001 S Ramsey Drive in Cameron Row HOA Community. I live in Stier Park at the intersection of Hillside & High Street. Over the last year or two many of the sidewalks have been repaired or made compliant. However, this section between Nancy and High Street has deteriorated to the point of gravel. I believe there are other repairs happening in our general area so would love if this section could also be repaired soon. I will gladly provide a photo. I have attempted attaching a photo multiple times but the form never completes the submission process with a photo attached. Thank you.

The issue is that this broken concrete is in front of a wheelchair ramp that can make it difficult to get onto the ramp as you are trying to go up it. The concrete probably needs to be redone.
