This sidewalk is uneven and cracked and makes it impossible to wheel anything on the pavement. The ground is covered in dirt and leaves which makes passage in the rain hazardous. It also floods in the rain.
Curb cuts are too high and too hard to get a wheelchair over. Photo (can't attach 2) attached (on the corner of SE corner of both Sare and E. Moores Pike (both directions). Can you let me know if these will be on any kind of list
Caller to HAND reported that the metal drain covering on the sidewalk is sticking up and loose. It is very sharp and is in an area that is high-traffic for walkers.
This side walk has deteriorated so much it no longer exists besides rubble. I know it is the property owners responsibility but I am not sure who owns this property. Very bad trip hazard and would not allow me to upload picture

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. A part of the curb is sinking right above my sewer line which leads from my house, under the street and connects to the city sewer line. I'm concerned that the collapse of the curb will break my sewer line which I am responsible for. Please send someone to assess the cituation. Thank you.
Problem reported (#178290) on 11/30/21 and added to the repair list on 12/9/21 by Chris Axsom. There is now a noticeable depression leading from my sewer line to the collapsing curb. Am I still on the repair list?
I'm confused. When I go to U Repor for a Sidewalk and Curb problem it shows that case #180502 has been Closed:Resolved even though the sunken curb hasn't been repaired, and Mr. Axsom says that I'm still on the list?
This section of sidewalk close to 3016 E. Daniel St. in Kensington has been lifted by several inches likely due to a tree root below. Recently witnessed an individual in a wheelchair who had been at Schmalz Park almost tip over as she attempted to roll across it. It is very unsafe and will most certainly cause someone to have an accident if not addressed. It is hard to tell from the photo how bad this section truly is, must be seen in person.
