In regard to Mayor's S.O.C. address: Mr. Berkey "shutters" at thought of CORNER CURB EXT.'S around town w/ streets as narrow as they are. "They take away a car's turning radius, slow traffic, just not working well." (ie., sw crner of M.C. Library block projection-light pole on it,crner has been extended, cars can park in it - "it's awkward & uncomfortable to make turn." He basically suggests NO MORE CURB EXT.'S!

Tree root in bike path along Longview is buckling the path severely. It should be repaired. Has gone on for quite some time.
leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)
This is a very deep, 2-3' at least, hole just at the edge of the sidewalk in 7th near college in from of the radio station. It large enough for a large man's shoe to fall through.
I am away on business and person watching my house reported that my front yard was dug up by the nuisance folks doing some kind of work in Ron Heifhts. Will the city be reseeding and fixing this area of grass between sidewalk and curb? No one contacted me whatsoever about this work or that they would be digging up my yard. The sidewalk in front of 415 W. 7th St. (Used to be a Battery Express Place) is crumbling and is a danger to walkers. I have reported this site two other times in 2015.
There are multiple low-hanging trees on the south side of E Hagan Street that make the sidewalk difficult to pass. I believe these are city-maintained trees on the easement.
