Individual continues to park silver mustang on lawn, despite plenty of room in their driveway and on street. This is not a permit parking neighborhood, either.
Last week my grandmother, Linda Gast, was walking near the Crescent Park Condos on John Hinkle Place across from the post office. She tripped on uneven sidewalk and fell and broke her arm. This break required an ED visit and surgery that included a metal plate and several screws. This sidewalk is near Bell Trace, where she lives, and a lot of older people are using the sidewalks in this area. We would really like to see some attention given to this sidewalk in order to prevent others from being injured.
Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.
Sidewalk raised. Weeds and grass growing
Utility contractor is using rebar rods for safety fencing around open holes along side walk but they are not using rebar caps on top of the rebar which poses an impailment hazard if someone was to fall into the rebar
This renter from Venezuela does not understand laws in America whatsoever. He stole my Son’s bike 4 years ago because it was not locked at the moment and he said in Venezuela if it was not locked anyone could have it. His friend almost killed me speeding through the 3- way stop sign at night. I don’t care if people roll through it but he was flying and didn’t even look. He now has a licensed motorcycle parked in the back patio. What if he hit or scared a pet or Child moving it to the back? It also invicites a feeling of impending crime ( stolen motorcycle). I want this report to remain ANONYMOUS.
An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! Severely deteriorated sidewalk. No longer accessible.
