On both sides of Basswood Drive, the sidewalks are badly cracked and/or buckled. This is a major tripping hazard. Also, on Basswood Drive, the road for cars has bumps and cracks. Then, there is always trash strewn all along the road.

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sidewalks in Peppergrass neighborhood, particularly in Pepperidge and Laurel ct. north areas need attentions please! Some of the blocks are really crumbled and become like gravel!! Warm regards,

Following up on Case 188180. This report shows that it has been closed, but the valve cover has never been lowered to sit flush with the surrounding sidewalk. This creates a trip hazard and violated City ordinances related to ADA compliance and sidewalk maintenance.

There's a huge hole left by the internet-cable installing company at the curb in front of my house, 1207 E Skylark Ct. This problem has been reported twice, tickets 192627 and 193023. Both tickets were closed but the problem remains. The contractor made a wan attempt to fill the hole, tossing some loose gravel into it, after I filed the first ticket. The attempt was useless and I filed the second ticket. It was closed without comment and, as far as I can tell, without investigation. The hole is now far deeper and wider. I realize it's likely false hope that you'll do anything more than close this ticket, forgive me, but after a winter of watching the hole grow, I'm asking again for a repair. Thank you.
