This hole needs a new, more substantial patch, maybe a heavy steel cover, like those used to cover holes on highways, smaller of course. Small kids were running across the split wood, one of them is going to get hurt or someone's foot is going to go through.
Last February we reached out and requested that Parks clear several downed trees along the hiking trail behind Twin Lakes for our run group route. Parks came out within a couple days and cleared all of the downed trees including one huge one. I don't think I sent anything at the time but just wanted to give everyone a huge thank you for doing that for us - it helped so much. Everyone in our run group really appreciated the responsiveness and efforts from parks staff. Thank you so much!
Large dog park at Switchyard. You guys were so responsive to my recent report, I thought I would send you another one. You have at least 5 broken sprinkler heads that are leaking water. See attached file. I didn't walk the whole park. There may be others between the big hill and sun shade area. Otherwise park is great (once the mud hole is filled in)! Us dog owners love it. Thank you.
Tim, Re: uReport Case #204545. Thanks for the reply. Any update regarding the big mud hole getting filled in, drain added, fenced off, or something? IMHO just fencing it off would be the easiest and cheapest solution. We (me and other regular dog park visitors) were hoping it would get done when the was park closed for 2 days. Apparently that was just to spray Roundup, which for what it's worth, was not well received by the regular dog park visitors. As one person said, "Who cares about weeds in a dog park?". I found the metal sign for not smoking in the children's play area ripped off and left along Longview Avenue. I brought it up to the play area and put it under the oak tree along the SW edge of the park. There I also found two wood rails that might have been the base for the sign, and a fresh hole.
Despite all of the spraying for teasel, a large patch remains beside the southernmost chimney swift tower.
I purchased a golf membership at Cascades on 7/24/2017. I am very upset with a few things. One, they did not inform me that 1/3 of the course was going to be closed for 18 months. Secondly, many people play golf in the winter, and they have been closed on many playable days. I have played the last 2 Sundays at Rolling Meadows, and Cascades has been closed both days. I feel like I got ripped off buying this membership, and want to cancel it with some kind of partial refund. Please email me with a response to this.

Report is 6 years old. What's the current status? Griffy Lake has been culled. What about Residential Bloomington as there is no movement between Griffy Lake and Residential Bloomington? There is a growing population in Residential Bloomington.

Bryan Park parking lots on Henderson Street. The striping on these lots [especially the south lot] is nearly invisible. People are plopping their cars haphazardly and blocking the traffic pattern. Pleas re-stripe these lots. Also, it might be helpful if there were signs warning parents not let their small children wander around the parking lots. This kids are very hard to see when backing out of a parking spot especially when driving a SUV. Thanks
