Split rail fence falling down

Can you please turn the water fountain on at southeast park? Thank you.
While l love the permeable pavers at Hopewell Commons, I feel they create an unsafe environment. The pavers cross Morton, making that area appear to be an extension of the park. It doesn't look like a road, so I fear park users, especially children, won't look for cars. I think warning signs or additional stop signs could increase safety
The top of the backstop on the ball field next to the pool looks like a tree branch fell on it. If so, then you have removed the branch and know the backstop needs to be repaired. Or did it just collapse?
Correction for report #205148. The photo I sent did not show the grass strip where the Callery pears were removed.

The spruce trees along the perimeter path need some maintenance---weeds like Spanish needles and even saplings are growing up under and around them. Especially the two on the north side below the tennis courts. (Question: I assume you have maintenance schedules for all the Parks---daily, weekly, seasonal, yearly? If so, I'd suggest adding those spruce to the once a year list.
Follow-up on case #205921 Response: Caden Swanson commented on this case. CBU Eng investigated this on 9/26/2025 and found this to be from the storm system originating from the sloped area near the pool. No action needed. Question: In the photo with thise new case # (the left half of the photo i sent with the original case) there is a access ("manhole") cover much closer to the central path. Is that a cover opening to a storm drain that somehow connects ground water with the white PCP pipe draining in to the Creek? Thanks in advance. Caden Swanson commented on this case.
