This is not an issue, however, I'm wanting to find out who I need to speak with regarding hosting a yoga event/class at one of the city parks, Olcott Park to be specific. I would not require the use of any picnic tables/shelters, and would just like to be able to use a grassy area to hold a yoga class. It would like be on a Friday evening, during park hours, but fairly late, around twilight. Do I need to get special approval for this, and if so, who should I speak with? RE: Twin Lakes Lodge: The building was dirty when they rented it. The floors had not been swept very well. There were piles of dirt in the corners. The floor had not been mopped. The bathroom sinks and toilets were dirty. They went ahead and cleaned up because they did not have the time to call the Parsk Dept. before their party began. They also cleaned up afterwards, but feels it was not their duty to clean up other people's messes.

How long will the City allow graffiti to be over a pride flag and trans flag on a mural? People's park. You can celebrate black lives matter without saying marginalized LGBT lives don't. Time to think of a different way to honor blm. Bring back rare Midwestern recognition of lgbt people. Please. It's just plastered over like the city doesn't care.

The Ferguson dog park has two MASSIVE holes in the large dog fenced in area. They get extremely muddy anytime it even drizzles & whether it is dry or wet it is a hazard. I have tripped into one and sprained my ankle because of them. Someone put a ply board plank on one of them but my dog has gotten splinters in his paws because of it, plus I’ve seen dogs chew at it. These holes NEED TO BE FILLED with dirt or gravel. It’s been this way for OVER A YEAR.
