This is a second report about a possibly dangerous tree in Bryan Park. I reported it first after getting reactions from some usually knowledgeable people. Here is a sample. "Textbook example of root rot in an infected ash tree. That tree will fall soon. I've seen many on my property fall when they get to that stage." "VERY precarious, I have had trees fall over that were not that bad." "We just lost a 6yr from Boonville yesterday dead tree uprooted and fell on her. what are the odds of that... she was walking with her Grandma." So it sounds URGENT. Please put some CAUTION tape around it and maybe a sign if an arborist can't assess it immediately.

Limestone Rail Trail: Ms. Tilford walked the trail and reported barriers and no trespassing signs behind Dillman Treatment Plant. She asked if that area is private property. Farther south she said cows are grazing on the right-of-way. She asked if the Rail Trail Conservancy might be able to help. She is a member and trail supporter.

BACC: Disappointed w/location & appearance of the center. Had friend who came to visit and refused to retire here due to the center. "Empty storefront" appearance. Has complained before and would like a call back on this. Should visit Lafayette - it is nice.

A man was assisted by Cindy Miller in the parking lot. He asked the receptionist if she was a city employee and when he was told "yes," he said "the City should have more like her, very helpful, etc."

Farmers Market: Dr. Walcher has gone to the market twice. Both times he saw dogs. This is unacceptable - wants signs posted that this is against board of health regulations. (Dr. Walcher is a retired physician and has worked for the board of health in the past). If the number of pets at the market doesn't improve, he will be very upset.

Bryan Park - Henderson: Playground equipment - the shovel that you sit on and move is broken. Her child was playing there over the weekend and had to be taken to the ER w/a gash on his head from it. Just concerned that someone else might get hurt.

He suggested that there were many "unidentified" youth/teens coming into BBCC during Teen X-Treme as well as "gang activity" going on both inside and outside the center. He mentioned on fourt different occasions that he was happy & overwhelmingly pleased w/the program and has no intention of removing his son.
