Mr. Ward called to let us know that on several occasions he has seen folks drive back to the Wapehani Bike Park and dump brush and other debris. He knows what they're doing is illegal but doesn't want to get in trouble trying to catch them! He lives at the corner of Wapehani/Weimer roads and uses the park frequently and wants to see it taken care of. Also, has some questions about off-roading in the big open field by the park. The new lights that shine onto the pickleball courts at RCA Park are tilted in such a way that they shine into the backyards of several houses, a long distance into the surrounding forest, and also create a good amount of light pollution due to their angle. Would it be possible to have the lights tilted down and to focus them more directly on the pickleball courts to reduce the light flowing into the surrounding area?

The tennis and pickleball courts are in need of sweeping. There are many pine needles down since storms. The courts are slippery as a result. I’m sure there are many demands after rains, but there are more than 30 people over 60 years old playing this morning and I am concerned for their safety and your liability.

A birthday party at the splash pad shelter had a pinata on the playground, blocking the equipment and making a mess. They did not clean up and were hostile when asked to move.

Good Morning. I wondering what the process is to have a dog poop refuse trash can and bag dispenser to be installed in the green space outside of Mills Pool. I'm unsure if that is designated an actual park, but there has been an increase in use for various reasons making it seem like a park. I'm hoping to have one receptacle installed just like the one that is located in 9th St. Butler Park. Thank You!
