Dangerous dead limb on south west side of playground white pine
Dangerous dead limb on south west side of playground white pine
There are broken glass/bottles covering the basketball courts at 9th St park Thanks
We were at the park Tuesday morning July 4th for a morning walk. We entered by the community garden and walked down the paved path to the BLine trail. We observed 4 transients in the area and camping out in both pavilions. It was fairly early and it appeared they had slept in the park. Is this a common problem?? We are seniors and visit a lot of city parks regularly but are having concerns with safety. So much brushy areas also around paths. The men didn’t approach us and did keep to themselves.
New? nets on bball court are still too tight and bballs get stuck. Been a few weeks and still not working. Plz help!
Large tree branch down in Butler Park, at the entrance from the BLine side, near the westernmost shelter.
The lights around the trail at Butler Park are out.
One of the swings broke at the playground. Missing a link. See pic
We found another used syringe at the playground next to the swings this afternoon. Luckily, we saw it just before our son stepped on/over it. We disposed of it in the garbage can. Just thought we’d report this issue as we seem to be seeing more of them.
The grey faux-rock climbing feature at the playground has feces smeared on it. I do not know if Parks maintenance has the appropriate tools to wash it off and dispose of it, but if you do it would be great if you could clean it up. (I try to clean up things I see at the park, but this is beyond my abilities!) The attached photo shows the climbing feature, but doesn't really show the feces.
