My neighbor might be running a dog business out of her (i think its a girl but idk) house and its making the neighborhood dangerous. Dogs are barking all of the time. Sometimes dogs sound like they’re fighting and she yells at them. She has wolf dogs that escape her backyard all of the time. I’m scared to let my kids play in our backyard because it isn’t fenced and she doesn’t have control over the dogs. People are always dropping off and picking up dogs from her house so idk if the dogs are even hers. Please help. We live near RCA park and I cant even let my kids walk to the park because im scared theyll get bitten. Supposed to be a quiet family neighborhood but now I want to move so my kids can be safe. Heard the guy renting (Nick Robinson) bragging about how he always keeps his 4 dogs outside outback, and barely feeds them. *The attachment is him saying he hates dogs. Not sure if he was serious, but was hoping someone could stop by.

My neighbors at 2705 S. Olcott Blvd let out their two dogs to roam their front yard 3 or 4 times per day. I walk my dogs, as do my neighbors who have dogs. With the animals in the front yard, without leashes, it means those walking have to cross the street to avoid the dogs. This is not a problem, except at night. I watch out for the dogs, in order to avoid them, but lately the dogs are let out their front door just as I get the middle of their yard and the dogs come racing at me and my dog, barking and frightening. Besides, the issue of taking over that side of the street, these dogs bark the entire time they're outside, seems anything or anyone can set them off. This can be at 10:00pm and go on. I don't know what to do, because they are not friendly. I need your advice as to how to deal with this neighborhood problem. Thank you for whatever help you can give me.

517 West Wylie Street. This property has accrued a considerable amount of debris. It has had groundhogs, skunks, feral cats and rats living on the property and sometimes under the home itself. These animals are a nuisance to the adjacent property owners and a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood. Please help.
