The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. Please do so to reduce the city deer population. They destroyed my plantings again as they always do. Hundreds of $ at Mays Greenhouse wasted. It’s ridiculous. It’s constant and unrelenting. Maybe they will attack a child or something to gain your attention!!’

Tenants in this apartment appear to have multiple dogs (4 from what we have heard) that are left out on their back deck for long periods of time and bark enough to disturb the neighbors. The number of dogs is in violation of our pet policy, but my main concern is the health and well being of the animals.

There is at least one skunk living under the boardwalk/under the playground at Building Trades Park. Seen it multiple times in the last week or two. Lots of dogs and cats in the neighborhood -- worry it'll spray someone/someone's pet.
