Dogs have been out barking for the past 3 hours. They are tied up in the back yard without food or water. Owners are neglecting or ignoring them. Very disruptful and the animals are clearly not being taken care of.

There are two dogs in apartment A312 who cry all night long, I saw the dogs move in few months ago but have not seen the dogs leave the apartment since. There is a smell coming from the apartment. I can hear that the dogs are still in there but they never ever leave the apartment, I see the people coming and going but never the dogs. I hear them crying all the time. It’s starting to smell in the hallways. Please come check on these dogs. Thank you.

Resident at 2730 N. Smith Pike leaves 2 pitbull mix dogs unattended in non-fenced backyard, dogs are very protective and are often left to roam the neighborhood unleashed and unattended. These dogs are constantly entering multiple neighbors yards, barking, stopping traffic on N. Smith Pike. Someone has already called the Sheriff to speak to owner about this issue.
There are 3 dogs tied up 2 doors down. They put them out early in the morning and they bark all day long all evening long. They bark constantly. We can hear them in our home all the time. The family of beavers appear to have moved into the detention pond on Tapp Rd. and South Adams Street. They have leveled several trees and are plugging up both the inlet for the neighborhood drainage and the outlet which allows the water to leave the pond. They have stuffed they incoming water pipe very full and water is backing up on the north side of west Adams Hill. This issue appears to be getting worse by the day.
A deer got hit at the end of our driveway in the street, it’s dead. I pulled it to the side of the road so it wouldn’t be blocking the road or get hit again
There are multiple dogs residing in a very dilapidated trailer. The dogs escape from their pen outside regularly and are often let outside off leash, as well. These dogs run daily down the road towards heavily trafficked areas, including running on Country Club Rd and S. Rogers St.
