There is a "Republic" dumpster in the parking lot on the east side of this building that has a drain hole on the side that is missing a plug. Rats routinely enter and exit the drain hole of the dumpster and are running all over the parking lot at night. Can the City force the trash people to keep dumpsters in a reasonable condition so that they do not attract and sustain vermin? Note: leaving poison outside does nothing and only serves to harm other animals. Best to seal the dumpsters and keep the garbage contained.
There is a dead groundhog on N Williams. It's just off the side of the road, but it's a block without sidewalks and it's popular route for dog walkers and kids on the way to the park! It's on the west side of the street along side a white house with green trim address 900 W. 8th. Thank you!
My husband does donation pickups as part of his job, today he went to this particular house. He called me after he was back at work quite upset. He told me a woman named Agatha lives here and has a dozen or more cats in individual cages, saying they don't like to come out because they are shy. He also said they did not have litter boxes and the whole house smelled of urine.
Abundance of stray cats. They are feed outside. All day and night. Upwards of 12 at a time. This is beyond out of control. Is there not a limit on the number of "pets" someone can have in the street before its a nuisance?
Large possum in neighborhood is snarling at children. Animal control won't come right out to trap animal. Mrs. Eserey wants the animal trapped immediately.

MS GOODMAN IS CONCERNED ABOUT DOGS OFF LEASHES IN THE PARK . CHILDREN PLAY ON THE PLAYGROUND, AND SHE FEELS THAT THE UNLEASHED DOGS ARE A HAZARD. THE DOGS OFTEN LEAVE THE PARK AND DISRUPT THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD.
