The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? 2nd vehicle is parking to the left of the driveway where there is no driveway causing a muddy mess.
Vehicles repeatedly parked in front yard instead of driveway.
There is a house next to ours and they continue to park on the grass near a deep ravine in front of our house and other houses. I have asked them to park on the pavement, but it continues. We do not have concrete curbs on our street. Also they park on both sides of the street and making it a hazard for any emergency services to get by. Also, the grass helps keep the structure of the ravine.
